As Lead Carpenter, internally known as Carpenter III, you will own work from planning through completion. Review blueprints, apply construction math, and coordinate with Project Managers while guiding skilled trades. Your work may include framing, drywall, flooring, roofing, siding, and cabinetry installation. Restoration projects help customers recover after unexpected events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan daily carpentry work from start to finish
- Review blueprints and plan material needs accurately
- Complete complex framing, drywall, flooring, and finishing repairs




- Guide crews and support other skilled trades
- Maintain quality and safety standards across projects

Requirements:

- Minimum five years carpentry or construction experience
- Restoration or related industry experience
- Advanced knowledge of residential construction methods and materials
- Safe hand and power tool use with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating on-call schedules
