This senior role supports an award-winning Vancouver architecture and design studio. You will guide projects from Design Development through Issued for Construction, coordinating consultants and preserving design intent. The work spans residential, multifamily, mixed-use, institutional, and community buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical development from Design Development through Issued for Construction
- Prepare, oversee, and review construction documentation packages
- Develop architectural details, assemblies, envelopes, and material interfaces
- Coordinate consultants and lead Revit documentation




- Mentor architects, interns, and architectural technologists

Requirements:

- 10+ years as a Technical Architect or similar professional
- Advanced Revit proficiency for documentation leadership and review
- Strong construction documentation and technical coordination skills
- Advanced building code, envelope, and assembly knowledge
- Understanding of BC Building Code and Vancouver Building By-law
