This Learning Technology Specialist serves as the business-side technical lead for learning platforms. You will manage governance, reporting, integrations, user enablement, and platform operations. The role supports secure, accessible, sustainable technologies aligned with organizational standards and learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize LMS platforms
- Manage access, enrolments, pathways, certifications, and configurations
- Coordinate testing, releases, validation, and issue resolution
- Maintain roadmaps, enhancement backlogs, documentation,



and procedures
- Develop reporting structures, dashboards, and data processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum five years leading adult learning initiatives
- Experience with online, hybrid, and in-person modalities
- Experience using AI tools for education design
- Knowledge of accessibility, privacy, security, and data governance
