About This Team

The Commerce & Transactions organization is responsible for the technology platforms, services, and capabilities that power lululemon's global commerce ecosystem. Spanning checkout, payments, order management, fulfillment, post-purchase experiences, and core commerce platforms, the team delivers scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that enable seamless end-to-end guest experiences.

Working across Product, Engineering,



Architecture, Digital, and Supply Chain organizations, the team drives strategic technology initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Through modern platform capabilities, strong engineering practices, and cross-functional partnership, Commerce & Transactions ensures lululemon can continuously evolve its commerce capabilities while delivering exceptional guest experiences at global scale.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex technical delivery by coordinating across multiple engineering teams and technical domains, establishing clear program structure and delivery frameworks, and driving outcomes that deliver business value while managing complexity and risk. You demonstrate advanced technical acumen, with deep understanding of solution design and system architecture across multiple components and services, allowing you to anticipate architectural impacts, guide technical trade-offs, and drive informed program decisions. You will translate organizational objectives into effective program approaches, align delivery with engineering priorities, and support strategic decision-making through disciplined execution and stakeholder partnership.

Core Responsibilities

- Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across Commerce & Transactions platforms, establishing measurable outcomes for delivery,



scalability, reliability, security, performance, operational readiness, and business value.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Operations teams to define program strategy, scope, delivery plans, and execution approaches for large-scale initiatives.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans across multiple engineering teams, platforms, and services, ensuring alignment on milestones, dependencies, and business objectives.
- Drive delivery execution through effective technical governance, clear accountability, architecture and security reviews, decision and escalation frameworks, quality gates, and proactive issue resolution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks, architectural dependencies, platform constraints, technical debt, reliability and resilience gaps, security concerns, and scalability limitations to ensure predictable program outcomes.
- Translate complex technical concepts, trade-offs, and constraints into clear business impacts, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate alignment across architects, engineers, product leaders, and executive stakeholders to drive clarity, prioritization, and successful program delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture leaders to validate technical approaches, challenge assumptions, and ensure strategic enabling work is appropriately prioritized.
- Lead multi-system integration efforts by coordinating API and data-contract alignment, end-to-end testing, performance and security validation, deployment and rollback readiness, production observability, operational handoffs, and post-launch stabilization.
