As a Client Delivery Associate, you provide daily operational support within Commercial Sales & Service. You resolve tickets and service requests, analyze feedback, identify improvements, and support operational programs. The work includes client engagement, reporting, documentation, and compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve tickets and client service requests promptly
- Identify and address enhancement opportunities during interactions
- Analyze feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Present strategic reports covering trends,



risks, and recommendations
- Support audits, issue resolution, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant experience preferred
- Client relationship or financial services experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or marketing
- Intermediate product knowledge and regulatory compliance proficiency
- Intermediate data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office proficiency
