Lead SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits transformations at EY, combining technical expertise with global benefits strategy and compliance. Support clients across multiple geographies.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager in EY’s HR Technology practice, you will design, implement, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits. The work includes workshops, configuration, integrations, governance, and adoption. You will help align benefits technology with HR strategy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise HR and Benefits leaders on global benefits strategies
- Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Lead configuration, customization, deployment, and integrations




- Manage multi-country implementations and governance frameworks
- Mentor delivery teams across onshore and offshore models

Requirements:

- Six to eight years in HR technology consulting
- Three to five years focused on EC Global Benefits
- Deep SAP SuccessFactors EC and Core HR expertise
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience leading global advantages transformations
