This early-career Regional Sales Representative role supports business development across industrial, EPC, and engineered-to-order sectors. You will identify opportunities, maintain client relationships, and help move pursuits from qualification through contract award. The role works with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify industrial opportunities across power, manufacturing, mining, and energy
- Build relationships with owners, EPCs, contractors, and partners
- Research markets, target accounts, and upcoming projects
- Coordinate proposals with engineering, estimating, fabrication,



and operations
- Maintain chance pipelines, CRM records, and forecasts

Requirements:

- Two to five years in sales or business development
- Experience in industrial construction, manufacturing, energy, or EPC
- Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
- Willingness to travel throughout Canada and the United States
