Use fleet performance data and real-time insights to support transportation safety and operations from our in-office Dartmouth location. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

As Fleet Performance Coordinator, you will administer the Corporate Driver Performance Scorecard program and support drivers and operations teams. The work combines data analysis, reporting, real-time communication, coaching, and operational compliance. You will help maintain alignment with corporate safety standards while addressing scorecard questions and incentive payouts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor scorecard results and assign accurate incentive values
- Address driver concerns about results and incentive payouts
- Process, analyze, and report real-time truck computer data
- Communicate processes,



coaching, education, and support in real time
- Partner with operations on safety compliance and operational integrity

Requirements:

- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint capabilities
- Robust data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Ability to process high-volume information from multiple sources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
