These professionals will operate heavy equipment in a dynamic mining environment, supporting secure and efficient mine development. What You'll Need

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid G class driver's license
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience operating Face Shovel, preferably in an open pit mine
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Commitment to health and safety practices
- Ability to maintain high performance during extended 12-hour shifts on a 7 days on/7 days off rotation
