As a Claims Advisor, you handle low-complexity property claims and all types of auto claims. You investigate and approve claims according to standards, policies, and contract terms. You use decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills while assisting members, clients, and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate damage, costs, market value, reports, and documents
- Determine settlement amounts for assigned insurance claims
- Settle claims according to standards, policies, and contracts
- Work with all parties involved in claims
- Negotiate agreements with providers

Requirements:

- College diploma in a related field
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Solid interpersonal savvy and communication skills
