As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will guide Talent Acquisition professionals and partner with business leaders on current and future talent needs. You will lead strategic projects, improve recruitment practices, and personally manage complex VP-level and senior executive searches. This 12-month fixed-term contract sits within Westland’s People & Performance leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with leaders on strategic recruitment and hiring priorities
- Drive projects improving talent attraction and hiring effectiveness




- Lead concurrent executive searches from strategy through placement
- Improve recruitment programs, processes, and service delivery

Requirements:

- At least eight years of complex full-cycle recruitment experience
- Five years developing talent acquisition strategies
- Three years leading and developing recruiters or professionals
- Solid assessment, market-mapping, sourcing, and executive search skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
