As an Engineering Manager, you will combine people leadership with delivery ownership for FC Quality Verification Engineering. You will report to the Technical Director while partnering with development, quality, production, and live operations teams. Your work will support systems that help EA SPORTS FC teams understand game quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, onboard, develop, and coach software engineers
- Lead technical execution across locations and time zones
- Convert partner priorities into delivery commitments
- Review designs and resolve technical roadblocks




- Improve testing, CI, and operational engineering practices

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of qualified software development experience
- Two-plus years managing software engineers directly
- Experience delivering automation or developer tooling platforms
- Experience with C#, C++, or Python
- Experience with software design, testing, and CI/CD workflows
