Lead digital assets commercialization across the NAM Region at Mastercard, using payments expertise and stablecoin knowledge to expand BVNK-powered solutions.

This Director role owns regional adoption, revenue growth, and ecosystem expansion for BVNK and Mastercard digital asset solutions. You will shape go-to-market strategy, pursue opportunities, and connect customer needs with product priorities. The work spans financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, marketplaces, merchants, and emerging innovators.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define regional commercialization strategy for BVNK-powered solutions and stablecoins
- Build pipeline and advance strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and revenue realization
- Lead targeted sales across priority customer segments




- Guide opportunities from origination through execution, retention, and growth
- Evangelize digital asset and stablecoin payment solutions

Requirements:

- Significant experience in payments, fintech, digital assets, or financial technology
- Ability to originate, negotiate, and close complex enterprise opportunities
- Deep understanding of payments across the NAM Region
- Experience influencing C-level executives and senior decision-makers
- Willingness to travel across the region
