As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will support business applications and SaaS platforms through design, testing, deployment, and adoption. Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications & IT Transformation, you will coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Your work will connect process improvement, solution design, project management, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate operational needs into system solutions
- Lead planning, coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live project support
- Coordinate configurations, integrations, data readiness, UAT, and defect resolution
- Support change management, training, communications,



and user adoption
- Administer, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve assigned business applications

Requirements:

- Minimum five years supporting business applications and SaaS platforms
- Experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors, and stakeholders
- Solid requirements gathering, process evaluation, and solution design skills
- Experience supporting technology initiatives through testing, deployment, and adoption
- Excellent communication, documentation, organization, and critical-thinking skills
