This Operations Manager supports Primary Care Alberta’s vision, mission, and business plan. The role leads multiple programs, makes operational decisions, and implements strategic objectives for Integrated Community and Public Health Services. Responsibilities span human resources, facilities, fiscal management, and community-based programming.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead multidisciplinary Public Health teams and multiple programs
- Assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate services
- Manage daily frontline operations at the site
- Oversee human resource, facility, and fiscal management




- Support regional Rapid Response Immunization planning

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate degree in a health discipline
- Three to five years’ leadership experience in planning, HR, and finance
- Active or eligible provincial skilled association registration
- Knowledge of Primary Health Care and Public Health management
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle for business travel
