As a Director in Management Consulting’s Technology Performance practice, you will guide Consumer and Industrial Products clients through operational improvement. Advise executives across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and enterprise technology while connecting architecture with measurable business outcomes. Lead complex programs spanning ERP, MES, PLM, WMS, analytics, AI, and Industry 4.0 capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex operational performance and technology modernization engagements
- Advise executive stakeholders across operations, supply chain, engineering, and technology
- Develop transformation roadmaps, operating models, business cases, and technology strategies




- Manage engagement scope, budget, quality, and delivery outcomes
- Lead proposals, pursuits, account expansion, and practice development

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical, operations, or business field
- 10+ years in consulting, manufacturing operations, or technology transformation
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and client engagements
- Experience advising executives and driving strategic initiatives
- Ability to travel up to 50% throughout North America
