Taproot Community Support Services seeks a Program Manager for Okanagan Community Living Residential Service. You will direct administration, finances, employees, and person-served care outcomes within a CARF-accredited agency. The work supports people with developmental disabilities and diverse abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct daily residential program operations and administrative activities
- Develop budgets and analyze costs, productivity, and program effectiveness
- Recruit, coach, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
- Design and evaluate developmental, family-involved, trauma-informed programs




- Represent programs with families, funders, agencies, and communities

Requirements:

- Relevant humanities, social sciences, or related degree
- Three years’ similar program experience, including one supervisory year
- Financial and human resource management experience
- Current WCB Occupational First Aid Level 1 and CPR certificates
- Valid Class 5 licence, clean abstract, and insured reliable vehicle
