Lead Instructors deliver live virtual instruction for Correlation One programs, teaching technical content to 30–300 diverse learners. You will prepare classroom sessions, collaborate with operations personnel, and support learning outcomes. The assignment runs from January 11 through April 30, 2027, with lectures Mondays and Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and lead live virtual classroom sessions
- Deliver technical lectures for 30–300 learners
- Manage class-time questions, chat, energy, and engagement
- Collaborate with operations personnel on program delivery




- Contribute feedback and improvements to course materials

Requirements:

- Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments
- Strong teaching, training, facilitation, coaching, or onboarding experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts to beginner learners
- Fluent English with professional verbal and writing skills
- Empathy, flexibility, patience, and learner-focused communication
