As a Senior Advisor, you will identify opportunities advancing business objectives, brand visibility, community engagement, and member experience. You will work with Quebec counterparts and internal stakeholders to support a cohesive national approach. The work includes philanthropy, sponsorships, experiential marketing, and portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate strategic partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with partners, agencies, and community organizations
- Prepare business cases and strategic recommendations




- Lead complex negotiations through contract execution
- Measure performance and provide actionable portfolio insights

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Minimum nine years of relevant experience
- Experience securing strategic partnerships and sponsorships
- Experience managing complex contracts and agreements
- Available for travel in Ontario or between offices
