The Michaels Winnipeg store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver a customer-first experience across front-end and service operations.

You will coach the team, ensure SOPs and brand standards, manage POS and Self-Checkout, and support store programs and events, including Loyalty initiatives, while covering diverse shifts including nights and weekends.
