You will design LLM, RAG, and agentic systems, establish engineering standards, and guide prototypes toward production releases. Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end architecture for AI-native applications and rewrites
- Define LLM, RAG, vector storage, and orchestration patterns
- Build reference implementations using C#, Python, .NET, and Azure
- Establish evaluation, observability, security, and release controls




- Coach engineers through technical direction and code review

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related STEM discipline
- 12+ years in software development and solution architecture
- Recent hands-on delivery with LLMs or AI integration
- Strong Python and C#/.NET development capability
- Experience designing cloud-ready Azure solutions and CI/CD pipelines
