TJX Canada seeks a Store Manager for the recent WINNERS location in Swift Current. You will oversee store operations, develop Associates and Assistant Managers, and create positive customer experiences. The position requires retail leadership, communication, organization, and knowledge of merchandising and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations, sales, expenses, shrink, and damages
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage store Associates
- Implement plans to increase sales and improve merchandise mix
- Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and company procedures




- Maintain customer service and merchandise presentation standards

Requirements:

- Three to five years of retail Store or District Manager experience
- Experience managing high-volume environments and significant sales revenue
- Ability to motivate and develop large, diverse teams
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Knowledge of operations, merchandising, people management, safety, and loss prevention
