Cosmetic Physician Partners seeks a consultant to assess clinic performance and recommend prioritized paths forward. You will examine patient conversion, retention, provider productivity, and patient experience. Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy & Implementation, you will work with clinic teams and subject matter experts to test hypotheses and codify proven practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze clinic performance, barriers, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Diagnose performance drivers and prioritize highest-impact opportunities
- Lead site visits, observe workflows, and interview clinic teams




- Present evidence-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Innovation Board
- Inform network playbooks, tools, and broader GTM priorities

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in consulting, strategy, or operations
- Robust analytical skills and actionable hypothesis development
- Business judgment and ability to prioritize impact
- Clear executive or board presentation communication
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is an asset
