- Lead strategic talent management mandates from definition through implementation
- Analyze practices, data, and trends to identify key findings

Requirements:

- Seven or more years of experience, including human resources experience
- Significant involvement in large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Robust analytical, synthesis, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate-to-advanced English and advanced French proficiency
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adjust priorities structurally
