This Senior Business Analyst role supports the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. You will assess business problems, model processes and data, and document functional and technical requirements. The work includes stakeholder engagement, UML diagrams, ETL specifications, backlog grooming, epics, and user stories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess business problems, opportunities, and I⁢ requirements
- Conduct process, use case, and data modelling
- Facilitate JAD sessions, interviews, and mock-ups




- Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Support Agile backlog grooming and user story prioritization

Requirements:

- Senior business analysis experience in public sector environments
- Experience with UML diagrams and requirements documentation
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and stakeholder engagement
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of AODA regulations and related standards
