Lead two Prince George insurance branches through team leadership, client service, and performance management in an in office management role. Occasional regional travel may be required.

The Branch Manager oversees branch operations and supports overall success across both locations. This position requires insurance experience, a Level 2 BC General Insurance license, and strong communication. You will collaborate with leadership, insurance departments, and managers to improve sales, retention, market growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations across two Prince George branch locations
- Lead insurance brokers delivering exceptional policy servicing and customer experiences
- Monitor KPIs, sales, retention, and market growth performance




- Develop purchasing procedures using multiple vendor bids
- Mentor employees and conduct hiring, training, and appraisals

Requirements:

- Level 2 BC General Insurance license
- Minimum five years of insurance experience
- Previous leadership or management experience is an asset
- Refined interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organization, detail, teamwork, and workload management abilities
