Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:
• Define and document the service offering of the technology architecture service;
• Clarify the positioning, responsibilities, and interactions of technology architecture within the enterprise architecture ecosystem;
• Establish governance, integration, and escalation mechanisms with other architecture functions;
• Implement the service's practice framework;
• Design and document the department's work processes;
• Develop reference frameworks, methods and guides for carrying out technology architecture mandates;
• Define roles, responsibilities, inputs, outputs, and control points associated with different processes;
• Produce the models, templates, artifacts, and tools required to support architectural activities;
• Develop artifacts necessary for the lifecycle of technology initiatives, including architecture advisories, technology directions, architecture briefs, technology registries, gap analyses,



technology roadmaps, risk assessments, and technology debt analyses;
• Ensure consistency and standardization of the deliverables produced by the service;
• Participate in the realization of technology architecture mandates related to projects, programs and organizational initiatives;
• Contribute to analyses, recommendations and orientations aimed at the evolution of the organization's technological capabilities;
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture consultants, solution architecture consultants, technology specialists, and stakeholders. The profile we are looking for is as follows:
• Demonstrated experience in defining governance frameworks, processes, and architecture practices;
• Experience in the development of strategic, methodological and normative documentation;
• Master the different areas of architecture, including enterprise, business, information, application, solution and technological architecture;
• Demonstrate a strong ability to structure and formalize organizational processes;
• Write high-level strategy documents, frameworks, standards, guides, templates, and other deliverables;
• Evolve effectively in a context of organizational transformation and varying maturity in architecture;
• Demonstrate excellent communication, influence and outreach skills.
