CBM Aggregates, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America, is seeking a Plant Supervisor. The role oversees raw materials, machines, employees, production, storage, and plant performance. It requires supervisory experience, aggregate processing knowledge, technical understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise aggregate production and storage according to established policies
- Develop efficient plans for raw materials, machines, and employees
- Use SAP to support goals, objectives, and financial performance
- Review mining sequences, budgets, and capital requirements




- Troubleshoot plant processes and direct operational improvements

Requirements:

- Three years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Mechanical aptitude in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity
- Knowledge of aggregate processing and construction industry specifications
- Applied Microsoft Office and SAP skills
- Valid Ontario G driver's license for daily site travel
