The Team Supervisor, Credit and Collections provides day-to-day leadership for Collectors and Accounts Receivable operations. This accounting role requires seven-plus years in credit, collections, or financial risk management, including supervision. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the Accounts Receivable Collections team functionally
- Monitor overdue accounts and assess credit risk exposure
- Initiate recovery actions and prepare potential legal documentation
- Prepare committee, bad debt,



reconciliation, and corporate reports
- Present analytical findings and support business decisions

Requirements:

- Post-secondary accounting education or equivalent relevant preparation
- Seven-plus years in credit, collections, or financial risk management
- Supervisory experience and overdue-account resolution experience
- Knowledge of financial analysis and Accounts Receivable operations
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
