This Cost Controller role leads project accountants and billing administrators within a growing GTA construction organization. You will develop cost management systems, reporting frameworks, and financial controls. The position focuses on budgets, forecasts, variances, cash flow, contract changes, and project risk.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor project accountants and billing administrators
- Develop cost systems, reporting frameworks, and financial controls
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, overheads, variances, risks, and cash flow
- Assess project risks with Project and Construction Managers




- Present performance metrics and insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

- Recognized accounting designation or Finance degree
- Five-plus years of progressive accounting or cost control experience
- Solid analytical skills and actionable recommendation abilities
- Knowledge of financial controls, auditing, and data analysis
- Leadership, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
