This full time Intermediate/Senior Electrical Engineer works with the Grande Prairie team and Calgary engineering group. The position supports electrical equipment procurement, industrial power distribution, protection systems, and project execution. You will collaborate with mechanical engineers, designers, clients, vendors, and construction personnel across multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Specify electrical equipment, including switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, and generators
- Prepare load lists, equipment lists, and sizing calculations
- Perform power system studies using ETAP and SKM Power Tools




- Produce medium and low voltage single line diagrams
- Lead electrical scopes while mentoring designers and junior team members

Requirements:

- Electrical Engineering Degree with approximately 5-15 years in EPC
- APEGA Registered Professional Engineer designation
- Industrial electrical systems and protection experience
- Ability to use ETAP and SKM Power Tools
- Willingness to travel to job sites and meet project personnel
