Lead RABI’s community fundraising strategy across England and Wales, using partnership-building and campaign leadership to grow local income. Travel is required.

The Community Fundraising Manager will expand RABI’s emerging community fundraising income and manage a diverse team. You will develop strategies, lead campaigns and nurture relationships with volunteers, committees, businesses and regional stakeholders. Your work supports RABI’s £10 million fundraising target over five years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop community fundraising strategy aligned with RABI objectives
- Lead teams through guidance, support and performance feedback
- Build partnerships with committees, businesses and agricultural societies
- Plan community campaigns, events and appeals




- Monitor income, expenditure and campaign performance

Requirements:

- Extensive community fundraising management and strategy experience
- Successful campaign and event delivery locally and nationally
- Solid financial, project management and organisational skills
- CRM proficiency, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Full UK driving licence for England and Wales travel
