Turn operational data into actionable insights as a Network Fleet Performance Analyst supporting North American operations from Calgary or remotely.

This analyst supports Network, Fleet, and Service functions through reporting, trend analysis, and optimization work. The position develops scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports while helping leaders evaluate assets, facilities, fleet operations, service execution, capital investments, and cost-to-serve. You will partner with Operations and functional leaders to strengthen data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze operational performance, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop scorecards, dashboards, KPIs, and recurring performance reports
- Evaluate fleet utilization, maintenance costs, availability, and replacement requirements




- Validate data across systems and support KPI governance
- Present findings through executive-ready reports and business cases

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in analytics, business, finance, or related discipline
- Three to five years of relevant analytics experience
- Advanced Excel and Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and detail skills
- English proficiency and cross-functional collaboration capability
