This Business Analyst role requires 10 or more years of experience supporting data-intensive financial tools. You will shape requirements, acceptance criteria, data schemas, and validation approaches for PE valuations. The work connects engineering teams with PE Valuations, Valuation Group, and deal team stakeholders while addressing auditability and financial accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map end-to-end multiple determination inputs, transformations, outputs, and dependencies
- Resolve design decisions with engineering and valuation stakeholders
- Define acceptance criteria matching deal team model expectations
- Design review gates,



overrides, and analyst sign-off flows
- Manage schemas, vocabularies, parameters, and prototype validation

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of required experience
- Deep knowledge of trading comps and precedent transactions
- Experience with EV bridges and multiple selection
- Familiarity with IFRS fair value and audit readiness
- Data modelling, schema design, UAT, and test case experience
