Manulife seeks a Mental Health Specialist supporting Disability Claims teams across Canadian disability and group life insurance. You will review claims, recommend community resources, coach case managers, and contribute to mental health case management strategy. The work also includes training, stakeholder communication, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review mental health disability claims and document case management assessments
- Recommend community resources supporting Plan Member mental health recovery
- Coach case managers on mental health disability claims




- Deliver training on mental health topics and requirements
- Develop innovations with internal mental health teams

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in health sciences or equivalent
- Clinical work experience in mental health
- Ability to coach, influence, and collaborate effectively
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of PC applications
