As a Senior Officer in the Tribunals, Resolutions and Compliance Team, you will manage allocated SENDIST appeal cases. The role requires solid casework knowledge, confident tribunal representation, and clear stakeholder communication. You will help ensure statutory duties, tribunal regulations, and legal deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage allocated SENDIST tribunal cases
- Prepare cases in line with Tribunal rules
- Represent Oxfordshire County Council at tribunal hearings
- Lead Way Forward, mediation, and pre-Tribunal meetings
- Advise schools, SENCOs, governing bodies, and academy trusts
