As Senior Advisor, Program and Learner Support, you will oversee high-risk cases within Postgraduate Medical Education. You will coordinate remediation, accommodations, professionalism matters, registration, and communications. Your work supports defensible decisions aligned with institutional, legal, and accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee remediation, probation, reassessment, and reintegration plans
- Draft legally defensible notices and case communications
- Coordinate wellness, accommodation, compensation, and training continuity
- Liaise with legal counsel, licensing bodies,



and university partners
- Complete trainee registration during peak operational periods

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Canadian and Ontario postgraduate medical education
- Experience applying policies, regulations, and procedures
- French-English bilingualism, spoken and written
