Apply cost forecasting and project controls expertise to a major offshore platform project in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Support budgets, expenditures, and financial reporting.

This six-month T4 contract seeks an experienced Cost Engineer, Project Controls Analyst, or Cost Controller. The work supports project cost control and alignment with budgets and objectives. Experience with EPC or EPCI projects is preferred, particularly offshore oil and gas, power generation, offshore wind, or heavy industrial construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor project costs, budgets, commitments, and expenditures
- Prepare forecasts, EAC calculations, and variance analyses
- Evaluate changes, variations, and potential cost impacts
- Maintain cost reports, cash flow projections,



and dashboards
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and management

Requirements:

- Five or more years in cost engineering or project controls
- Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, change management, and reporting
- Proficiency with Excel and project cost systems
- SAP or Primavera P6 experience preferred
- Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
