This hands-on specialist executes recruitment from approved requisition through accepted offer, onboarding, and orientation. The work includes sourcing hourly, salaried, and skilled candidates, screening qualifications, and partnering with hiring managers. Success depends on speed, quality, organization, consistency, and clear follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own recruitment from requisition approval through onboarding and orientation
- Source and screen hourly, salaried, and skilled candidates
- Maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and hiring decisions




- Track candidates, stages, communications, and next steps

Requirements:

- Five or more years recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Post-secondary Human Resources or Business education preferred
- Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or technical recruiting preferred
- Robust organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and drive timelines
