Lead customer communications as a Senior Agile Product Owner, using backlog prioritization and stakeholder management across Canadian Personal Banking. Deliver through SMS, email, push, and secure messaging.

This Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner leads an Agile pod in a financial institution. You will apply Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, and acceptance criteria expertise while coordinating delivery, planning, and business readiness. The workplace focuses on onboarding, configuration, deployment, and enhancement of communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and prioritize the product backlog
- Lead sprint planning and Scrum ceremonies
- Define acceptance criteria and make delivery decisions
- Manage priorities, timelines, dependencies, defects,



and blockers
- Facilitate stakeholder demos, reviews, and progress updates

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of Business Analyst or Product Owner experience
- 5-7 years in Banking or Financial Services
- 5-7 years of Agile delivery experience
- JIRA and Confluence experience, each 5-7 years
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, or related field
