Coordinate maintenance repairs at Suncor’s Syncrude Mildred Lake shop in Fort McMurray using parts expertise and solid communication. The schedule includes 12-hour shifts.

As a Maintenance Advisor, you will support day-to-day maintenance operations and help complete repairs efficiently with minimal downtime. You will coordinate service requests, source parts, and communicate with customers, shop teams, and suppliers. The work supports accurate records, repair priorities, and smooth workflow from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate service requests and provide repair updates
- Source, order, and track parts, backorders, deliveries, and returns
- Liaise with the vendor management inventory supplier
- Prepare work orders and maintain accurate records




- Resolve delays while supporting repair priorities and cost control

Requirements:

- Journeyperson Parts Technician certificate required
- Five years of related experience
- Parts, maintenance, or service shop experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; maintenance or inventory systems experience an asset
