As Desjardins’ Senior Advisor, Philanthropy and Charitable Partnerships, you will guide corporate philanthropy and charitable giving strategy. You will engage senior executives, foundation leaders, advancement professionals, and decision-makers across hospitals, universities, and charitable organizations. Your work will connect community investment with organizational priorities, social impact, and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a pipeline of charitable partnership opportunities
- Lead negotiation and management of high-value charitable partnerships
- Build relationships with senior leaders and charitable decision-makers




- Develop business cases and investment rationales for executives
- Oversee KPIs, reporting, and social impact measurement frameworks

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum seven years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience managing complex executive-level strategic partnerships
- Experience developing strategies, recommendations, and executive presentations
- Knowledge of corporate philanthropy and community investment strategies
