The Manager of Finance and Operations supports the Director of Finance and Operations. This position leads day-to-day accounting, oversees maintenance contracts and supervises Finance and Maintenance staff. Success requires financial analysis, computerized accounting systems and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day accounting and financial reporting
- Oversee maintenance programs, contracts and renovation projects
- Supervise Finance and Maintenance staff
- Plan and complete maintenance and renovation projects
- Support Financial Services and Maintenance management

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in an accounting program
- At least five years’ related accounting and operations leadership experience
- Intermediate to advanced computerized accounting and information systems proficiency
- Proficiency with building maintenance software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Manitoba Safety and Health standards
