This Practice Nurse Lead role guides nursing and wider clinical services within the Management Team. You will coordinate policy, service projects, skill mix, and clinical standards. The post also supports chronic disease management, staff development, governance, and effective multidisciplinary communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead safe and effective nursing service delivery
- Plan new nursing services and specific clinical projects
- Oversee infection control and clinical contract standards
- Review nursing skill mix, competencies, and rota requirements




- Provide clinical cover across practice nursing services

Requirements:

- Relevant nursing or health degree, or equivalent
- Registered nurse with substantial post-registration experience
- Recent primary care nursing experience
- Experience implementing protocols, guidelines, or service improvements
- Knowledge of primary care clinical governance
