Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full lifecycle recruiting from position descriptions through offer negotiation
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, search engines, events, and referrals
- Advise hiring managers and leadership on market trends




- Develop diverse candidate pipelines and talent marketing strategies
- Use recruiting data to report hiring results and status updates

Requirements:

- Three or more years recruiting senior-level positions corporately or through staffing
- Experience collaborating on sourcing strategies with recruiting managers
- Experience advising hiring managers and leadership on recruiting
- At least two years using LinkedIn Recruiter and Google x-ray searches
- Talent mapping experience; Workday experience is an asset
