This Project Manager joins a Building Engineering Division within an employee-owned multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm. The work spans investigations, technical reporting, construction documentation, tendering, and project delivery. You will support building performance, restoration, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from investigation through construction
- Prepare reports on roofing, leakage, and building conditions
- Lead drawings, specifications, and tendering processes




- Identify business development opportunities and lead proposals
- Monitor invoicing, receivables, and project financial health

Requirements:

- Minimum five years’ building science project management experience
- Relevant engineering or architectural technology education
- Robust technical writing and presentation abilities
- Organized, adaptable, and effective at multitasking
- Valid Class G driver’s licence and comfort working at heights
