The Site Foreman oversees on-site construction activities and manages skilled workers from trade partners. This hands-on leader coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, and field workers while liaising with project management. The position requires construction knowledge, team management, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily communication with trades and subcontractors
- Supervise workforce, suppliers, sub-trades, and field workers
- Conduct safety orientations and weekly meetings




- Enforce OHS and York safety program requirements
- Complete logs, inspections, and required reports

Requirements:

- At least one year of similar experience
- Light industrial and commercial project experience
- Leadership for Safety Excellence certification required
- Fall protection, AWP, and forklift tickets required
- NCSO and Journeyman Carpenter credentials preferred
