Recovery Alberta seeks a Site Manager for Detox and Residential Services. This full time manager oversees NAC programs and staff while advancing accessible, client- and family-centred care. The position supports standardized practices, continuous improvement, and provincial strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee detoxification and bed-based addiction treatment programs
- Lead interdisciplinary teams and coordinate facility services
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance
- Develop operational plans and support strategic plans
- Manage budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a health services discipline
- At least three years of recent leadership experience
- Experience in Mental Health and Addiction services
- Strength in change leadership and stakeholder engagement
- Financial and operational leadership experience required
