As an Accounts Payable Technician reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will handle payment execution, invoice validation, and documentation. Key Responsibilities:

- Process talent payments using schedules, contracts, and approval workflows
- Validate invoices, contracts, amounts due, and issued payments
- Answer talent payment inquiries with clear professional communication




- Document discrepancies and elevate exceptions for senior review
- Process corporate invoices with approvals, coding, and compliance

Requirements:

- Two to four years in accounts payable or financial administration
- Accuracy and consistency managing high-volume operational workflows
- Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills
- Confidence using ERP systems, Excel, and team-oriented tools
- NetSuite experience is a strong asset
