This HSE Coordinator supports a growing organization’s safety-first culture and operational excellence. You will guide managers, employees, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining the Health & Safety Management System. The work includes inspections, audits, investigations, training, risk management, and program administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Champion safety culture across organizational levels and job sites
- Conduct inspections, observations, audits, and hazard assessments
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective action plans
- Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and orientations




- Maintain documentation, committees, emergency planning, and safety programs

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum three years of Health and Safety experience
- Construction experience and COR program experience preferred
- Knowledge of legislation, WHMIS 2015, and Working at Heights
- Microsoft Office proficiency and Canadian work eligibility required
